Makahiki Dinner with Picky Tween

I'm looking at making Makahiki reservations for dinner for next month, but am wondering about our picky 11 year old.

I see on the website that adult price is for 10 and up. I know I'll have to pay for her as an adult price regardless, but will they let her order off the kids' menu anyway? I don't see anything she would eat on the adult menu, but she would be ok with the kids' menu. I don't want to spend $65 for her and then not have her eat anything.

Hi, we were at Aulani the week of Jan 9th and dined at Makahiki with our 3 boys.
The waitress made the offer to our 12 year old that he could choose something from the kids menu if he liked. He ended up choosing the adult chicken dish, but they should let your daughter eat from the kids menu.
