major ticket problem - help please !!!

Hi all

In a bit of a panic ordered tickets from " first for attractions" which were supposed to arrive by Oct 5. They didn't arrive. I rang last week to sort out and they were supposed to arrive by today. They haven't. Rang company today who at first told me they had no record of the order and then told me to ring another number to sort out. I rang the other number which is an answer machine.

The debate I have now is do I perservere with this company or give up and try another one. The big problem is we fly out next Tuesday and are travelling up to Gatwick on Monday.

Has anyone got tickets in the post this near to travelling.

I would love to have your comments and thoughts.

Check if they have taken payment for the tickets, if they haven't, you can cancel them and get your tickets at the park gates (or at the Disney shops at Orlando airport).

Hi All

I eventually managed to get through to someone who gave me no confidence at all. They asked me if the credit card had been charged etc.. when did I order the tickets etc.. they could find no record.

So I have cancelled the orderwith "first for attraction", and put a stop on my credit card until further notice. (A pain but I am not going to get charged for tickets that arrive too late).

I have reordered with "www.orlando-ticket-deals.co.uk" who have promised they will be delivered by registered post by 12.00noon tomorrow.

Incidently when I mentioned I was having problems getting the tickets they asked if it was with "first for attractions". They said they have had lots of people ordering tickets with them after having problems with "first for attractions".

Lets hope the tickets arrive tomorrow !!

Yippee the tickets arrived and on time. Haven't seen them yet, I had them delivered to my Dad's address as I was in work.

Oh I wish I had used "orlando ticket deals" first time but there we are we live and learn. I chose "first for attractions" because of their free Pirates ticket offer, but we aren't sure we would get to it anyway, so much else to do and see etc...

Only 5 more days and we are off, got plane tickets and disney tickets and my "brits guide book", only got last minute shopping to do. Kids are getting excited and can't wait to finish school.

WDW here we come !!

It's nice to see Orlando ticket deals giving good service as they're the cheapest I can find so I was planning in using them as well.
