Major technical help needed!!!!!!!

Help! I've been trying to solve this problem for a month now and after several message to the support thread, I haven't heard a thing...probably because of the original problem.

A few months ago we switched internet serves from Compuserve to AOL. The only thing that changed was the end of my address...cs.com/aol.com. Somehow I think I am now registered under both addresses, but all of my mail is going to the Compuserve address so I don't get it. I've tried to update my info, but it won't let me use my new address saying someone else is, and I think that's me under a different name or something. Does any of this make sense? If you are a moderator or technical guru, please e-mail me using the AOL address and let me know what to do. Thank-you, Thank-you , Thank-you

Sorry, I can't really help. I don't know anything about AOL or CS. Just wanted to say good luck.

Could you create a new account and update everything to that one and cancel the old ones?

Since you get several email addresses with AOL, just make a new one and change your profile to that. Then send an email to the webmaster to purge your old compuserve address. When that's done, change your profile back to the new AOL address.

Okay, now can someone direct me to info. as to how I can re-set my counter. Tried it earlier but my address messed things up, and now I can't remember where to go. Thanks, again.

Go to the Tech board, look for the thread from WM Cricket. Before you go to add a new one, go to your signature in your profile and remove your old one. You need to highlight and delete all from and including the &#60script to and through the &#60/script>
