Major price drop in Westjet for Christmas flights going on now.

It is perhaps related to the recent schedule change for Fall/Winter. Now that they have finalized the schedule, they are pushing hard to sell the tickets.

For example, Toronto to Orlando, direct flights!!!

Thanks for posting. I wish they had come out with them a bit earlier ,,we just booked the family to go to Cuba for Christmas. Oh well maybe next year.

Thank you for the tip! I just booked a Christmas trip. Leaving on the Dec 25th flight you noted. Using a companion flight and some WJ $. Total cost 642.00CDN including taxes for two flights return. Direct Tor to MCO. and a direct flight back. Thanks again!

I am glad that you posted this. I already have flights Dec 15-31 and I wanted to see how much cheaper the fares were now compared to my fare which I purchased 4 months ago. They were $2.00 cheaper now but I noticed that they had changed my direct flight home on the 31'st to a stopover in New York. I phoned Westjet and they rebooked me a direct flight home and then gave me exit row seats for both legs of my flight for free. Thank You Westjet !
