OP here. All looks well! It seems as though not many changes have gone through and I WILL have time to look over the contract before I sign it. I feel as though a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

I will be employed at least somewhere FULL TIME come September! Good news!Now I can go back to focusing on planning my sister's sweet sixteen surprise Disney family vacation!!

Not signing a contract instantly does not constitute resignation or misconduct or insubordination. Therefore if they give you a minute to sign and then yank it away while you are reading it first, you are still eligible for unemployment benefits.

Also, if you decline a pay cut, that does not take away unemployment benefits.
