major blu ray error on the little mermaid blu ray/dvd

Pretty big oops but the Blu-ray looks so much better. There was a framing problem in the first POTC Blu-ray also and Disney sent out replacement disk if you requested one.

I'm wondering 2 things:

1) if this is the US version (since it won't be out for a week)
2) if they will postpone the release to fix it.
