I did some guess work and have come up with the actual news and the link to the Disney Site about it. Make Your Dreams Come True is the new theme for the parks replacing the 50th anniversary. They will be supporting the event with a contest that includes a prize of spending the night in the castle. I am including the link but two warnings: you will need a computer capable of handling flash8 and also the contest has not yet begun so trying to enter is a waste. My guess work was to try where dreams come true dot com and look what happened. I'm almost disappointed that we are going in August and will miss out.

Disney recently trademarked a lot of new sayings in the past month or so many of which are used on the site.

I'm guessing it's a fastpass that's gold in color.

Really, it could be nothing more than golden colored fastpasses instead of the plain ones. But that would be enough of a draw to get me to plan another trip...

Golden Fastpass may be something they borrowed from Disneyland pertaining to AAA members. In Disneyland if you are a member of AAA, you can get fastpasses back to back to back without having to wait a certain amount of time in between. Just a thougt. Obviously, in this case, it woudn't have anything to do with AAA members exclusively.
So, what else? What's the big deal about another "celebration"? Are they going to do anything to celebrate the celeration (new ride, like Everest)? Mind you, I am writing this without having viewed the posted site.
So, when does this celebration begin?

The new theme is The Year of a Million Dreams. They are having a Disney Dream Giveaway that includes prizes like a night in the castle, golden fastpass, or winning the keys to the Magic Kingdom.

It also seems to indicate a commitment of making guests dreams - small or large in any of their parks coming true. Disney raising the bar on their own service.
