maintenance fee ???

how much is the annual maintenance fee for an account of 150 points at OKW ? where can I find a complete table of this info. and other info. related ?

isn't that right that people are renting $10 per point for almost any Disney Resort, but the maintenance costs less than $5 per point ? what a margin !!!

I'm not sure I follow. You also have to include the intial cost to purchase DVC and costs associated with doing a rental. People who have paid higher per point costs for their purchases along with financing costs might not even be breaking even.

Can I rent your car for what you pay in oil and gas? When someone has paid between $50 and $84 per point PLUS the yearly fees above, $10 is more than a fair price to charge, it likely should be a little higher.
