Hello all!
I purchased a lot of stuff from www.mainstreetmegastore.com and had to wait over a month to receive my items! Has anyone experienced a transaction from them before? Are there any stores like it around that perhaps has faster service? HOWEVER, they have a great Disney audio stream where you can listen to music from all over the park and other Disney tunes. It's cool. All of you DisneyWorld addicts should check it out. I'm hooked. Brings back memories and my horrific inner child.

Can you purchase the same CDs at the Emporium on Main Street of MK or is this the only outlet?

I had ordered a few items from them too and had to wait well over a month. I kept emailing them saying when is it coming-I need it for my trip. Finally I said forget it, cancel my order. I got what I needed at the park and on Ebay. It seems that they dont have much if anything in stock and send someone to the parks for the items. A lot of nice stuff if you dont mind the wait.

the prices seem high. wouldn't it be easier, cheaper and faster to call the WDW Merchandise number and have it sent right from the park? 1-407-363-6200. If you have an idea of what you want, I am sure they can help you to get it!

I see that they claim to have the WISHES soundtrack? That isn't even avilable yet, is it?

Call Disney directly and order from them! At least they don't make the prices so inflated you could puncture them with a pin and watch them fly for days! Disney customer service is wonderful. They will track down what you want, even if you aren't sure where you saw the item, and although you do have a pay a chunk in my opinion for shipping you will have it in less than a week. Give them a try, and save some time and money!

Yikes! I gotta agree. The prices at that places are NUTS!!! I wanted to get some stuff for a Disney World gift basket I was making for my sister's trip, but there was NO WAY I was going to pay $22 for a Guest of Honor badge!

Last year I ordered the Animal Kingdom soundtrack (music from the park) from MainStreet Megastore. The price was comparable to Disney's price, but I waited over 3 weeks to receive my order. I sent a complaint via email and about a week later I received my order.

I ordered a Mickey Mouse frame from them last year and I did wait over 30 days. I wanted to get it the last time I was in WDW, but I thought I could get it cheaper her at the Disney Store, but they didn't sell them. I also contacted WDW about ordering it and Mainstreet Megastore actually worked out cheaper. I never ordered anything else from them though.

I would totally go to Disney directly and buy it from them. But I like to look and see what I'm about to buy. I suckered into the $22 Guest of Honor badge for my little niece. It's in chinese (Chinglish, actually) so i thought it was worth it. I just like catalogue's with pics and stuff. I never know exactly what I want.
