Maingate Vacation Rentals?

Has anyone ever rented a home from this place? I have a rental reserved for December Christmas and can't find any reviews about them. I really want to make sure they have a good rep. (I know putting the cart before the horse) but I can still cancel if it turns out they are a problem.

Any feedback on them is appreciated.TIA
