Maingate blockouts/discounts for family and friends

I feel like this information was here somewhere, but with most of the old threads being cleared out, I can't find it now!

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had the list of tentative blockout dates for our CP maingate passes for September-December 2013? My parents think they want to visit somewhere between late September and mid October, and having MK not be blocked out is very important to them.

Also, does the 40% Friends & Family discount apply to ALL WDW resorts, from Value up to the Grand Floridian? (I know it is subject to availability of CM discount rooms, but generally speaking does it apply across all hotels?)

Currently the main gate blackout dates are only posted through August. The resort discount is available at all WDW resorts, subject to availability.

MK is general blocked out the week of thanksgiving and Christmas, granted, with the new fantasyland expansion, MK block outs are more common this year. I wouldn't count on being able to get them in on a main gate, best ask around for comps from friends.
