I was wondering something about MK's Main street Train Station and ECV access. I've never seen an Elevator or ramp for it at the park. I do know I would need Mom to transfer from the ECV to a wheelchair. Would Mom be able to use a ramp/elevator to get up to the platform? If so, Where would I find it?

Yes.
You can use the ramp to get up there. There is an ECV parking area up near the boarding area.
If she can walk from there and step up to board the train, there is no reason to switch to a wheelchair.
If she can't, there are wheelchairs to lend and a wheelchair accessible train car.
She would need to make a round trip to pick up the ECV.

The ramp is to the right side of the station as you face the station from Main Street (same side as City Hall).
It is steep, switchback ramp, which means you go up for a while, then get to a fairly level area before turning and continuing on up.

The station at the circus area at Bew Fantasyland is much easier since it is pretty much level.
