Main Street PPO breakfast options

Well...with the recent change in the welcome show location, I'm reconsidering the value of PPO ADRs. Specifically, rather than spending $40 per person at the Crystal Palace, we could probably eat our way down Main Street. What's open while waiting for the new welcome show to start? Is Sleepy Hollow and the amazing waffles available?
