the bakery will be open when the park opens...they are open during EMH, both early EMH and late EMH.
Be aware, though, that the quality there has slipped drastically over the last year. We went for warm, gooey, fresh cinnamon rolls and apple turnovers first thing when the park opened in November 2010, Jan 2011, and Feb 2011. And all 3 times the pastries first thing in the AM were cold, hard and stale. Like refrigerator-cold...and so stale they obviously were from the day before -could hardly bite through the things. I think instead of having employees come in early and bake before the park opens, they just bake extra the night before & put the big trays in the cooler, uncovered...then they just take 'em out and slide them onto the counter racks without warming them or anything the next morning.
