Main dining on the dream?

We are doing the 3 night Bahamas cruise in June. I selected the second seating, so we wouldn't feel rushed to get things done. I was wondering do they select which night you go to animators palate and enchanted garden? Do they make sure you go to both and get to see a show at both?

You will rotate through the 3 main dining rooms, yes they select the nights, you can call and add a request to your reservation if you prefer a certain night. No show at enchanted garden, yes you will see the show at animators palate.
