Mailing items to WL-Help!

I want to send down our costumes and other items like diapers. I've never done this before and was wondering how to do this? How soon do I ship them? What do I put on the package? We're staying at the WL. Do they have any special requirements?

The WL is located at 901 Timberline Dr. Lake Buena Vista, FLA 32830. The phone number is 407-824-3200 and the fax is 407-824-3232. You could always fax and ask them for directions.
I would make sure you clearly label the date you are checking in.
I would mail it 7-10 days a head.
