We we be going to WDW this month and have a reservation to make a droid. We are thinking it might be easier to mail it home than put it in a suitcase. Has anyone done this and what is the beat way to dot it? TIA

Once you build your droid there’s a separate area that sells parts and other stuff, just tell the cm cashier you want to mail your droids home. All you have to do is fill out the mailing slip and they take care of the rest. It cost us $18 to mail 2 droids home (well worth it). They tell you it’ll arrive in 2-3 weeks but we received ours in under a week.

Make sure they pack it well. One of my antenna got broke on my BB Series

What if we build it on our first HS day but want to play with it in hotel for the week. Can we bring it back at the end of our trip to droid depot to have 2 shipped?

If you’re staying on property just mail it from your hotels gift shop
