Mailing a package to RPR?

Hello. I would like to mail a package (bottled water, snacks) to RPR in advance of our arrival. Has anyone ever done this? Do I need to contact RPR to ask them to hold it? I always send a package to WDW resort so I was hoping that RPR would allow it.

I literally emailed the RPR (via the Loews hotels website) this morning asking about holding deliveries. In my case, we want to have groceries delivered from Garden Grocer a few hours before we arrive (we get in late). I wanted to confirm that Bell Svs. will hold them for us. If/when they reply, I will be sure to post here.

I shipped to the Hard Rock Hotel when we stayed there, but that was back in 2006.

My room was available when I got to the hotel. I just had a carry-on bag, so I carried it to my room myself (didn't need Bell Services).

When I got to the room, the message light was blinking. The message was that they had my package.

But it took another phone call and over an hour for them to deliver the package to my room.

I did not contact the hotel ahead of time - I just shipped it.
