Maihama Station to DisneySea and Disneyland Main Entrance

Hi,

Are the main gates of DisneySea and Disneyland walking distance from the Maihama Station? How far to each?

If not, do we need to buy a ticket and ride the monorail to both?

Maihama to Disneyland is walkable, there is a walkway, but you will need to use the monorail for Disneysea.

Oops, just found out that we can use Suica so no need to buy monorail tickets.

Technically, you don't need to take the monorail to DisneySea, but the walk would be over half-a-mile, and the route is not particularly obvious or attractive.
