but I know it's because they had a late night last night----------

They went to MVMCP!!!


Here were their plans for yesterday:

Monday Nov 8th ~
Sleep in. Breakfast at Kona Cafe. Tour Poly & GF. See Gingerbread House. Spend afternoon at BW resting. Head to MK after 4:00.
CS dinner at Casey's Corner. . . MVMCP!


Hoping to get a call from her today. Will update soon as I hear anything.

I think the Podcast crew was at MVMCP yesterday too. Pete posted on FB that the cookies and cocoa were better this year! I'll be curious to see what Shelly says!

Hopefully the slow day was good for them...getting back to feeling better! I know they loved the Party!! I can't wait to go!!!!! Tell her we are all praying for them to have a wonderful, healthy time!!!

YAY!!!!! It was finally warm enough for some pool time!

Still haven't talked to her. Which I'm taking as a GOOD sign that they are enjoying their vacation much more than the first day.

Sleep in. Early CS brunch at BW Bakery.
Go to DHS (hours 9-8) around 1-2:00.
Sci-Fi Dine In Supper. Osborne Lights at 6:00.



I hope they enjoyed their day. It sounded like a good plan, and the weather was co-operating. I'd love to see OL sometime. Her pics from last year were beautiful.

Today's weather says it's going to be a high of 79. So that's good too!



Shawna--- that clown sure is ugly. I can't wait to hear if Shelly went down that slide.

Not only is the clown creepy, it's UGLY!

I think there are cute elephants that spray water around the pool, and the coaster waterslide is very cool, but a clown face to come out of, what were they thinking????

DHS is Shelly's favorite park, so we know they enjoyed.. i was just reading about RnR coaster this morning in my UG, I have never ridden it, and I know Shelly loves it!

Almost!! Got snack bags, breakfast food, and all but the last minute toiletries packed!! Makeup, flat iron, hairbrushes...thats it!! Gracies clothes are all ready..got to hit Target today for a few last minutes, then will pack the boys this afternoon....finishing up school... my 'duster' is here!!! We are all feeling better finally! Gracie lost her first top tooth last night!! it is sooo cute!!! The weather is just yucky...humid and damp..needs to rain, but of course, it isn't!! so, it's just gray.

Andrea-- I have a Belle too! She's 8. Does your Belle think that the Beast is "hers"? My Belle used to get completely TICKED if the Beast didn't pay special attention to her when she saw him.
You're gonna ride the Keister Coaster?????



Drakes---- You HAVE to ride RnRc!! Do you hate coasters? Have you ridden TOT????

Shawna--- yay for being packed up. You're so close!!! Here------ have a banana. Or two. Glad your household is feeling better and your baby lost her tooth. Awwwww. That will be some cute pics of her.

She called this morning and I missed it.

When I called her back a few minutes later it went to voicemail.

But- she just called again and we talked for 20 minutes. (It's hard to fit 5 days worth of stuff going on into that small amount of time--- we both were yapping nonstop!)


She said that the first couple of days were just freezing. It's warmer now and they are having a good time.
The crowds have gone down a lot since Saturday. The wait times for the bigger rides seem to be around 30 minutes posted.

The party was fun- but very cold. They wore gloves and hats.
She said most of Fantasyland is under construction- lots of walkways with boards up.

I told her you guys were thinking of her and she said to tell you guys thanks, that she appreciates it.

There's lots more, but I'll let her tell you in the TR; don't want to give it all away.....


She will text or call again later and I'll update again when she does.

Thanks for the update, Jo! I'm so glad that things are good now. It's downright hot here today, so I know the rest of her week the weather will be getting warmer. At least when it was cold they were doing something wintry (MVMCP) It's no fun to drink hot chocolate when it's 80 degrees outside! I can't wait to hear more!

So you know I can't sign off without talking football. So, with the Cam Newton thing going on, wouldn't it be crazy if Auburn loses to Georgia and Bama? All the controversy would surely have an effect on Auburn's play, don'tchathink? Then we would meet up again in the SEC championship game? Assuming y'all take care of USC, which I think is safe!

ETA: And assuming we take care of Ole Miss and Ark, which may not be so safe! I was kind of jumping the gun a little!

I don't know how I feel about the whole Cam scandal. I always liked him, even when he left FL. I think Gator Nation as a whole was pulling for him to win the Heisman, but now that AU has somehow drug Meyer into it with those rumors that he leaked the info......
Not so much, now.
And now---- The FBI is involved???????

Great to hear it has warmed up for them now. The snow on Main Street during the party must have seemed truely real with it being so cold, I can not imagine gloves and hats at Disney.
