"Magical Photo" Quesiton

We did a magical photo in front of Cinderella's Castle last week on our trip and had our hands open like Tink was in them. Well, when we look at the onl ine proofs from the photopass there is no Tink. Is that normal or is she supposed to already be there. I want to order the picture but I am affraid if I do I will get a picture with empty hands. Any advice or suggestions?

It should be there already. I did a few "magical" pictures last week as well, and when I looked at my photopass pics, the image is already in place. I guess they may have just messed up

I was affraid you were going to say that. I wonder if it can be fixed now or if it is too late.

I have no idea if it's fixable at this point.
Maybe there is a helpdesk at the photopass website?

It should be there. We did get one pic at AK where our daughter was supposed to be holding baby Simba and there's nothing in her arms. There was one pic of Simba there so I never questioned it. I think I read somewhere that the photographer has to set the camera up a certain way to do the shots? It doesn't hurt to call though!

Same thing happened to our Tink pics, she's not there I do have the pics from previous years of it so no big deal for us. But next time i'm going to make sure to have it done twice (different days) to make sure i get them.

We have one of us holding Simba as a baby at Animal Kingdom and another one of us pointing at Stitch coming up out of the ground at MGM as well as a ghost appearing behind us in front of the Haunted Mansion in Magic Kingdom. They are all showing up on our photopass pictures. Our pictures with Simba did not all turn out exactly right though. In some Simba is too far up on the arm but it is still a cute pic. That is ashame that Tink is not showing up at all. We did get our pic. taken in front of the castle but our photopass person didnt say anything about it. I will have to remember for next time so I can ask about it. Good luck getting a hold of someone to see if they can add her in.

If Tink or Simba (or another "magic" add-on) is missing, you can email Photopass and give them the picture number and description and they can add it for you. I've done this myself, so I know it works! It can be fixed pretty easily as long as you have a couple of days before you plan your order. It can take them a few days, so if your pictures are about to expire, it could be a problem.
