Share your magical moments!!

We all know how magical Disney is, and on our last trip (first with the kids) we experienced quite a few times where we feel like the cast members went way above and beyond to please us. On our first day at MK we went to buy snacks and drinks. We ordered four Churros and two waters. The cast member asked us to have our daughter flash him her smile and the order would be on him. Next, we went to return the double stroller and asked if there was a discount if you were coming back the next day. He told us to wait a moment and walked behind the desk. Shortly after he came back with a Comp ticket for a double stroller rental for the next day. Last, our daughter threw her sippy cup out the window somewhere in Orlando so when we went back to our hotel (AKL) we went to the gift shop to look for a sippy cup but could only find the kind that doesn't have a leak guard. So I asked a cast member If they had any other cups with the leak guard and she said no and told us to wait. Momentarily she returned with the cup and told us to take it free of charge and apologised for not having the correct cup. Little things like these truly make the Disney experience more magical. So I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar. I would love for you to share!

When we went last May, I was double checking if my girls could have Dole Whips (they have allergies). I pretty much knew they could, but wanted to double check because some things surprise me. My husband and I just planned to share with them. However, the worker gave us an extra Dole Whip for the girls :) It was so nice and unexpected!

Here is a morning from this October that DD (9) will never forget- or DH and I either:

Even with DD's help, they just couldn't seem to get that sword out!

We adore the stepsisters and stepmother. We have had several special moments with them since DD was 2. They always seem to go out of their way to really ham it up and play with the kids. Even though they often look a little different than the last time we saw them ;) they are almost always fabulous! DD has been a huge Anastasia fan since she was 2 years old, thanks to Cinderella II (if you haven't seen it, you find out Anastasia really is sweet underneath).

When DD was 3, we had met them that morning and at the 3:00 parade, the stepmother spotted her and yelled to the stepsisters and they ran over and made a big fuss over her.

Last year, DD had the excitement of riding the carousel with Anastasia in the morning. That same night we went to the Villains Soiree at MNSSHP and the step mother and stepsisters were greeting and socializing with people in the CRT lobby and they remembered her from that morning and made a big fuss over her- even yelling at each other that she was there and Anastasia hilariously pushed her way through the crowd to get to DD saying she needed to go see her No. 1 fan. They even made it a point to say goodbye to her upstairs as we were leaving the party. A couple of days later, we saw the stepmother again at 1900 Park Fare. She was the first in the rotation and was getting near our table and I watched her spot DD and then immediately go over to the stepsisters (who looked a little different that night ;)) and speak to them and point our way. I know she was making sure that these stepsisters "remembered" DD. They all "remembered" DD, greeted her by name and made a huge fuss over her. They made DD feel so special!

This year, she had quite the magical morning getting to help the stepsisters try to get that sword out of the stone and then riding the carousel with the stepmother! We just love those girls!!!!!
