Magical Memories Villas?

Has anyone ever stayed here? I've been doing a lot of research and I keep coming back to this place. It has mixed reviews from what I can find, but the majority are good. We will be flying into Orlando from AZ and meeting up with my brother and SIL who live in FL. We are only staying 3 nights.

I haven't heard of it - but there are several hundreds of hotels in the area - so it could be great or horrible.
