Magical Memories Travel, anyone?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this travel agency? I always see things about DU Small World,but was looking for any advice - good, bad, etc.

I'm using them and I am very pleased with them! I requested quotes from several agencies that I see mentioned here from time to time. Theirs was the one I received the quickest and it set the bar pretty high! The prices were the same from all of the agencies (as it should be) but the quote from Magical Memories was much more personal and thorough. It wasn't just a final number or something that looked like it was copied and pasted from the Disney site. They had already given me options of things to consider and suggestions on how to save. No one else did that. They all just said "we'll watch for codes and apply them if we can." I liked getting all of that detail! I got all of the other quotes within 48 hours and all were professional and courteous, they were just very short and to the point "the total price for the vacation you are interested in would be $XXXX. If you would like to book this option, a deposit of $XXX is due by such and such date."

To add icing to the cake, after I had already booked something with them at rack rate and was hoping for codes, I got an email from my agent saying that they had a new special offer for my travel dates (early December) and that if I was flexible with my resort choices I could get some fantastic rates. Long story short, we now have 3 nights at POR for $89/night (as opposed to $134 rack) and 4 nights at the Poly for $234 (as opposed to $304 rack) so that information saved me over $460! We had been hoping for AP rates but I don't think we will need them since the last set of AP rates were for value season for deluxes and the Poly was $229. So we will be paying $5 more per night but we won't have to spend an extra $200 on the pass!

I highly recommend them. I feel like I'm in very good hands!

I have to admit~ I just booked with them as well- we were planning a trip in December. Learned here that the 1st week in Dec is ideal and through another link found them, and booked 2 rooms in the WL Courtyard view for the week! This was our ideal Resort for getting the chance to visit during the holidays and to find this deal was too good to pass up.
The agent even got our party tickets for us! She has offered to set up dining and a park tour that I asked for. I had asked for quotes from a few agencies, and they were by far the quickest to get back to me- I spoke to my agent twice before other agencies even got back to me.
So far so good with them...
