Magical/Grand Gathering planning tools

I have read other threads about people using the Disney website's online tools for planning these gatherings but everytime I try to find them on disney's site I get an error message and I've tried several times over the past few weeks.

Has anyone used the online planning tools lately? Or does the Disney site just hate me specifically?? lol
