Magical Gathering?

I have a reservation booked for June at Coronado Springs. After we booked, 13 of our friends and family members booked a res for the same week, same hotel. There is a total if 6 rooms. We didn't use that same TA's or even pay the same prices. Is there a way to link our reservations and make us a "magical gathering" group? If not, is it possible to request that our rooms are near eachother even though we booked seperatly?

I would call the Grand Gathering number or general reservation number and ask fro a GG CM. They will assign a GG number to all reservations so you can participate in any GG events that you select and keep rooms as close as possible. Am doing a GG for third time and the best part I find is having one person being able to handle all reservations and changes to all of them without having to make sure each individual person calls when they are suppose to. We have done all the GG events that we have wanted to and they are very well run and enjoyable. It is a nice program that they have. Get yourself a GG number - it will make your life easier !
