Magical Gathering Help!

Hello!

We now have 8 girls going in May and I think we qualify for a magical gathering. We are staying at disney beach club. How do I go about finding out what magical gathering have to offer us?

any tips or thoughts would be great thanks

There are special events you can purchase thru Magical Gatherings or your travel agent. They range from character breakfasts to fireworks cruises.

They can be a bit pricey, but they are exclusive events for MG groups.

A good TA can walk you thru the process or call Disney direct and tell them that you would like to book a Grand Gathering.

I just got off with the phone with disney...she said we can make customized tee shirts. anyone have a sample of what theirs' looked like.

i was wondering if anyone knew if these evens (illumination dessert etc) are only available on select days of the week???

When you call the planners they can tell you what events are available on the days you are wanting. In my experience certain events were only offered on certain days. We have wanted to do the dinner at EPCOT but it was not offered the night we needed. We have also tried to get into the breakfast at Tony's...It was booked. It does book up fast so try to decide as close to the 180 day mark. I will say this everytime I call the magical gathering cast members they are so helpful! I can also say, we have done the fireworks cruise 3 times! It is very exciting. Each time it changes a bit but we have always had a great time. There is no better way to view wishes than on the lake with your family
