I'm currently planning a Magical Gathering for my family (DH, DS(12), DD(3)) and two other families for December 19th - 26th. 
Yes, I know some of you are thinking this lady is nuts. 
All the families get a long great but, being at WDW may be another story. We've all made an agreement that if there is something that one family doesn't want to do then the families will split up for awhile. 
OK! OK! I'll get to the point and the reason for this new thread.
I'm looking for recommendations or suggestions from anyone who has planned or participated in a trip for a group of 12 or more?
This is the second Christmas trip for my family and the first for the other families. We will be staying at POFQ because of it's size.
