So in my nearly month of reading/research I've seen this mentioned many times. I saw someone mentioned that they got chosen and were first to board after Conceige etc.

So what is it exactly? And how do they choose? Just nosey more than anything

It means that your family will be the first to board the ship. One of the Cast Members makes a big deal of announcing your family and everyone claps and cheers as you leave the waiting area and go to board the ship.
