When I received the Disney booking confirmation for OKW with DDP, also shown was a list of 'magical extras' such as....

Preferred fireworks viewing for Wishes & Illuminations.
Where are these areas located?
Do you require a form pass as proof?
Are these areas more crowded than anywhere else?

Planet Hollywood dining certificate + Merchandise keepsake
Where do you get it from, as I was looking at using this to save a dining credit

One round of miniature golf
Do you require a voucher for this?

You need to call WDW to book this. I haven't done it so I'm not sure if it's worth it.

The voucher is sent with your travel documents. It's only for $15 so you wouldn't be able to have a full meal for free.
