How is the shuttle sevice from the airport? We land at 5:30 and have 9:00 tickets for La Nouba. I have to go to a park to activate my annual pass, before the show to get my tickets! Am I gonna be running like crazy?

I don't know about the service of the Magical Express but you can activate your annual pass at guest service in downtown disney. I was able to activate my families pass there this past July with no problems.

Yup.

First stop in Orlando, the Magical Express welcoming area, airport main terminal "A" side lower level, inside at bus berth 30.

The main Downtown Disney guest services is at Marketplace, you would then have to walk down, through and past Pleasure Island, then to the other end of the downtown area almost to the closed West Side bus stop. Someone please tell me if the secondary guest services kiosk between (nearer) Pleasure Island and Cirque also does annual passes.

Do not take a dinner break until after you have your Cirque La Nouba tickets in hand. I would be surprised if you have more than 25 minutes left. If the resort check in line is long you may want to go immediately to the downtown Disney buses and check in after returning from the show.

I just got back from DW yesterday. I used the Magical Express. I wouldn't call this service express. First you need to check in at the desk. Then you go stand in a line for your resort. We stood there for at least 10 mintues. Then you load the bus. Then we waited on the bus for another 10 mintues before we left the airport. They just don't stop at your resort, they stop at other ones that are right in the same area. If you go right from the airport to Downtown Disney with no stops in -between, you should be fine.

I thought it was very efficient. We went straight from the plane to the ME desk and were loaded right onto a bus to the hotel. About two hours later, our bags appeared in our rooms. I had planned ahead with anything I might need for the evening in my carry on, just in case! On checkout day, I left my large suitcase with the resort ME desk and was even given my boarding pass (Delta), checked my carry on with Bell Services and went to the park. When I returned to the hotel, I retrieved my carry on, boarded the bus to the airport and went straight to security at the airport, bypassing the airline check in.
I've been using Mears for years, and this was way more efficient!
