You still have to get your luggage at baggage claim and take it to the bus. They will stow it in the compartment underneath the bus. You and your luggage will arrive at your resort together.
Sadly they will not be taking your luggage again for the remainder of the service. That function was run by a company called BAGS which is now out of business. So, they do not have any way to handle baggage anymore other that the standard mears way of putting it under the bus for you.
Actually, I retract that statement. It looks like someone purchased what was left of bags. It's now part of SP+. SP+ lists Remote Airline Checkin and Baggage Services as part of their offering now. So, I guess it's conceivable they could pick up the contract.
