Just booked a package with Magical Express from Orlando International Airport
How does it work? Dhould I choose a time? Or just walk in ? where? how often they depart ?
Tks

You have to cross the airport and go down a level, just follow the directions you see for magical express. It's in the transportation level. When you get to the ME area, you have your band scanned, or booklet with coupon if that is what you have, then head to the correct bus line for your resort. We have used this every time and have had minimal waits for the buses. All of this does take time, however, and most buses have multiple resort stops on the way. I always look forward to ME, the ride, and seeing our resort for the first time. I also like not having to handle luggage til it gets to our room, and not having to drive while at WDW. I think you will love it. Don't worry; it is well marked and easy to do:)

You don't have to use the bus at a specific time when you land in Orlando. You walk to the bus area and get on the next available bus for your resort. On your way back to the airport you will be assigned a pick up time. And that bus you can't miss.

Advance reservations are needed. Call this number: toll free 866-599-0951. You may also be able to make the reservation on line.

If you don't have your flight number you can leave that blank for now.

If you already received paperwork for Magical Express then you don't have to do anything more.

For going home you must have specific paperwork with your bus time (usually delivered to your room door morning of the day before the day you will go home). If you don't receive that paper (or need to make a change) then you need to go down to the front desk that morning of the day before the day you leave and reconfirm or revise your DME bus reservation.

Or as I call it, the "Eviction Notice"

There's a FAQ here: http://www.disboards.com/threads/dme-and-rac-faqs.944813/

ARRIVING: Concourse B, Lower Level. You just walk up after you land and check-in with your Magic Band. The CM at the check-in station will tell you which line to stand in. There are different lines for different bus routes, depending on your resort. Buses depart every 20 minutes or so.

RETURNING: There will be a marked DME bus stop at your resort. All return trips to MCO must be scheduled in advance--you cannot walk up. If you haven't already, when you know your flight information you should give it to Disney (or call Magical Express directly), and they'll schedule your return bus time for you, approximately three hours in advance for domestic flights and four hours for international.
