Magical Express

We have a 2 BD unit. DH & I are arriving on Sunday. DS & new DDIL are arriving on Monday. DH & I are renting a car, but I'd like DS/DIL to come on Magical Express. Is this possible? They are listed on our reservation.

Not a problem. You can set up on line or call MS. Just have flight number and time ready.

Yes, possible but you need to set it up now, like immediately. Note that what they will not be able to do, because it is only three days away, is get tags for their bags so that Disney picks them up and delivers to the resort. They will need to carry any of their bags to the bus.

Absolutely, but make that reservation now!!! DME is NOT supposed to allow walk-ups to ride the bus, even if they have a resort reservation. It's part of their contract with the airport!!
As already mentioned, DS and DDIL won't be able to get tags, but they can either get their bags at baggage claim and bring them to DME with them and they will be stowed beneath the bus, or they can go directly to DME and give their baggage claim receipts to DME people who will then send someone to get the bags and put them on the DME luggage truck to the resort.
