Magical Express

I have a magical express reservation for myself and my family but we are also bringing along my sister's son who will be staying with my sister and her family off-site (my sister is driving to Orlando). My question is, since he is flying with us but he is not staying with us on-site can I add him to our Magical Express reservation? He is only 6 years old.

You'd have to add him to your room reservation. Not a problem IFyou're under the occupancy limit of your room and IF YOU'RE NOT on a package. Everyone on the reservation has to have the same package; tickets and dining.

An alternative is walk over to the Mears desk nearest the DME welcome desk and buy a voucher. Mears will still transport guests from MCO to WDW resorts but won't accept an advance reservation. Mears will probably transport him on a DME bus.

Thanks for your reply. He is only 6 years old so I would not have him transported by himself. I guess we will all have to find alternate transportation since we cannot add him to our reservation since we have a package. He just wanted to fly and his parents were driving to Disney so I thougt it would be fun to have him fly with us. Looks like that was a bad decision on my part.

Just go over to the Mears desk and buy a voucher. Go to the Mears desk nearest the DME desk at the airport. There is almot no doubt Mears will tranport him on the same DME bus as your family. Obviously he can't ride by himself, if it came down to it your husband would have to ride seperately and your nephew would use one of your DME vouchers.

edited to add I don't think Mears will sell a child voucher unless an adult voucher is also purchased. The OP might wind up paying an adult fare.
