Magical Express

Has anyone had a problem with Disney's Magical Express? Lost/delayed luggage?

Saturday, December 3rd; plane landed at 11am. We waited for luggage, forgetting that we didn't have to (must have been the Dramamine). Decided to let ME get it after all. Luggage didn't arrive until nearly ten that night. We greeted the guy as we were coming up the stairs after closing MGM!!!!

Boy was I glad that I hadn't planned on changing for dinner!

We had one bag get left at the airport on our last trip back in September. We got our luggage around 10pm (arrived at 5:30pm) and the missing bag showed up around midnight.

We arrived MCO Dec 11, 05 without ME ressies. AT last minute decided against renting a car. 5 minutes after getting our luggage from SW, on the bus to VWL. No problems what so ever, a bellhop met the bus and took our luggage to our room, after we checked in.

December 20, leaving OKW (we split stayed), I lost our vouchers!, Driver said no problem, spoke to BellHop, got new vouchers, and away we went.

Totally awesome service for us. FWIW, I'm told due to Taxi Driver's complaints, no more 'walk-ups' are accepted.

USED IT IN aUG. WITHOUT A PROBELM. The luggage arrived in our room at OKW within an hour of us checking in. I plan to use it next weekend too.

We are just back from 1/5 to 1/12 at WL and used ME both ways. There were seven of us travelling together and we had a great experience. We arrived at MCO at 12:30PM, waited about 40 minutes for bus and were at the WL around 2. Our luggage was delivered later than 4, but was there by the time we arrived back from the MK at 9. We loved not having to deal with the luggage from the time we left our home airport until we saw it again in the room.

Going back was equally as smooth. Bus arrived exactly on time, we stopped at two other hotels on the way to the airport and checked in with plenty of time to spare.

We are very happy that we used the ME, we usually rent a car, but did not miss car at all.

We also arrived 12/3 there was quite a line for ME that morning. Even though the lines were crazy we were checking in at BWI by 12. We landed about 10:15. Our room was not ready so we went to have lunch and walk around the Boardwalk. Called around 2-2:30 room was ready went there and luggage was in the room. I thought the best thing was leaving getting boarding pass and checking luggage right at the resort! The bus picked us up on time we went right to the airport. Good thing they picked us up 3 hrs before our flight security line at MCO was the worst I've ever seen almost an hour to get through it. I will be using ME again in May we loved it.
