Hi All
Just booked my flight today....yay! We are staying at CBR and I was wondering which other resorts the ME bus will stop at before dropping us....I know usually there are two or three resorts it drops at for one bus....

stops are determined by the driver...... so no way of knowing.... though some can speculate..

I have taken DME over 15 times since it started..possibly more. Only one or two times was it the same route I took previously. I have been on the bus to BW and it has stopped at BC when the driver said to be sure this was the 'right' beach resort...he was stopping at Beach Club but would be stopping at Caribbean Beach Resort in a few mins. That was the only time I have been on a bus that stopped there in addition to my stops.
The routes change daily...and can even change during the day. The guest who is put on the bus to CBR in the morning may very well have a different grouping of resorts than the guest who heads to CBR later in the day..no way of telling in advance.

As PPs have noted, there's no set grouping of resorts on DME routes and no set order of drop off, so it's difficult to say with any degree of certainty. Some groupings and drop-off orders are more common, however, so you can make an educated guess.

On our last two trips we stayed at BC and BWI. On both of those trips we used DME and both times we stopped at CBR before going to BWI and then BC. (I think once we may have stopped at POP before CBR, however.) So, it would seem that CBR is commonly grouped with those resorts on a DME route and may be dropped off before BWI and BC. However, our esteemed moderator has noted that on at least one trip where BC and BWI were on the same route as CBR, their bus stopped at BC first and at CBR later on the route. That just supports the basic "difficult to say with any certainty" theme.

That is especially true for my arrival day, which is the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The statistic is that about 2/3 of the people check out that day, in order to have the extra day at home before everyone goes back to school/work.

I have never been on the same route once for POR. The most surprising one was last year, when we were together with BC/YC/BW, but gladly we were the first stop.

Some years, it has been SSR/POFQ/POR, some years OKW/SSR/POR, etc.

I agree with all the previous posters, it is rarely the same route twice. Also, I have been on Magical Express busses that make as many as 4 or 5 stops. Never one that was only making 2. Not trying to be Debbie Downer, but just want you to have a more realistic idea of what "may" happen.

I can do better than two stops. After one late-night arrival, my family had private motorcoach service to the Poly! We were the only ones on the bus and made only one stop.

Wow, maybe I need to vacation with you! My one late night experience with Magical Express was the opposite. We were the 4th of 5 stops. It was 2 hours from deplaning to standing at resort check in. We got in our room at 1:30 am.

Yep, definitely changes! In May, we went to CBR, then Pop -- and then the bus continued on to AKL. :)
