Magical Express when some members of party are arriving later?

This may have been covered on a thread somewhere, but I was not able to find it if it was. We are going to camp for 9 days at Disney. My daughter and a friend are probably going to fly down a couple of days after we arrive. Any idea how Magical Express would be handled for them, with us staying at Fort Wilderness and the two of them arriving 2-3 days after we have checked in (staying in a travel trailer)?

I assume they would still qualify for ME on their date of arrival and would get a ride to the check-in area. Then I guess we would just have to keep checking with main desk to see when their luggage arrives?

Don't know the particulars with Magic Express since it hasn't started yet...but with the cruise lines (and ME is supposed to work the same way)...We (mom and kids) flew in and did Land part first, DH flew in 1 day later (so we were already checked in at YC) and they just delivered his luggage to our room (we had met him in the lobby and headed right for the park and when we went back to the room later in the day, his luggage was there....he did stop at the desk on arrival and told reminded them rest of the family had already checked in and gave them the room number (don't know if that was absolutely necessary....but seemed prudent)

I would guess you just need to make sure the check in people at Ft W know she is coming in and what cabin you are in, then she can hook up with you either at the cabin or where ever.... the Ft Wilderness people will drive her to the cabin on arrival if she wants them to. To be safe you might want to make sure her name is included on the reservation (especially if last names are different from yours).
