Magical Express Question

Ok, here's the deal. I am flying in and using DME to take me to BWV. Staying 2 nights. My last night, I am staying at an airport hotel as I have a very early morning flight the next day. But I do plan on spending the bulk of my last day at Epcot, and want to head to my airport hotel after dinner. The CM I spoke with tonight says I can take DME back to the airport, then catch a shuttle to my hotel, even though my flight isn't til the next day. Has anyone ever tried this?

People have; I haven't done that, exactly, but I have used DME to get back to the airport on a day other than my flight departure date.

When you check in at the Welcome Center, arrange your return ride. That's the day you'd have to use Magical Express anyway, since it's the day your reservation ends. Just explain that you want to leave the resort at X time. If the CM asks, just tell them you're spending the night at the airport.
