Magical Express Question

I was wondering if you can just use the Disney transportation and not have them bring your bags to your room. I, as well as the rest of my party, was not planning on checking luggage because we will only be there for about 4 days. Could anyone suggest an inexpensive alternative if the Magical Express will not work out? Thanks.

I'm sure you can use ME this way, just unsure how your going to take everything you need for your stay in your carryon bag

i lived for a week out of a backpack in dc.. wasn't pretty, but i promise i didn't offend anyone.

if that's your question, not having luggage, then yes, you can use DME.

Thanks. Just to clarify, I am going to pack clothes and things but it is going to fit in a carry on suitcase. I'm a pretty efficient packer and I am only going to be there for 4 days so it is doable.

I just don't like waiting for luggage and having the possibility that my bag will be lost. I have also heard that Magical Express can take a couple of hours to get the bags to the hotel. We are arriving in the evening and want to be able to have all of our stuff to get changed and go do something.

I feel the same way you do and will be bringing both our carry on and checked luggage on the ME with us. (I'm paranoid, i know. I've l already been flamed for it..many times.

Also if you or anyone decides they need to check a bag then just don't put the yellow ME tags on tem. Pick them up at baggage and take them to the ME bus.This will also take care of your other concerns of having your bag right away and not getting lost.

My dh and dd did exactly that a year ago. I had all the clothes for everyone with me (I arrived a day before them), so they needed nothing. They had only their carryon bags with them..no issue at all.
