We are 35 days out and many on the boards in this time frame have already received their Magical Express information, still waiting on ours I have an email confirming that they have my information should I give it a few more days for the info to come? What number should I call to confirm that they have my information? This is the last part of the trip I’m waiting on with all the planning done I may be over reacting :)

I wouldn't worry yet. I have never gotten my DME packet any sooner than 3 weeks out.

Print the email confirmation.

If you do call, write down the name of the person you talked to.

(Do these two steps with anything you order or book on the internet. Do the latter with anything you order or book over the phone.)

and don't have my stuff yet either. However, my ressie is thru AAA so she will get it first and then have to mail it to me. I'm sitting on my hands (makes typing interesting! :rotfl: ) not to call her & ask if they're in yet!!!

BTW GOOOOOO RED SOX!!!!!!! :thumbsup2

we are trough aaa too but i aranged the ME it is just the last step and getting figity that i do not have anything else to focus on hahaha going to start getting the scrapbook supplies together since there is a sale at the craft store.
we are staying at the grand floridian in 35 days!!

Sox diehard here!!!

If you arranged DME on your own, yeah, you might want to call them - I don't know the number, but I'm sure you can find it at disneyworld.com and I'd think it's also available at allearsnet.com and/or mousesavers.com.
If you arranged it through your AAA Travel Agent, as Pooch points out the packet goes to your TA first and they're responsible for sending it to you.

just called # was 1-866-599-0951 for anyone wondering and it was sent our to our TA just had to check to put my mind at ease :thumbsup2

Glad you got to the bottom of that.

Anyway, regardless of whether you yourself call and reserve DME or your TA does it for you, if you made your WDW reservations through a TA then the TA will get the DME packet mailed to THEM, and then they have to get it to you (or you have to get it from them).

I hope that makes sense. It doesn't matter who arranged for DME, it matters who "owns" the WDW ressie. If you reserved WDW through a TA, then the TA "owns" the ressie and any official business related to the overall ressie will go through the TA.

Last spring, my TA never even heard of DME. I went to WDW on May 8, 3 days after DME launched. She thought I was making it up. I called DME and made my own DME ressies, and I had to talk my TA into canceling my Mears ressies (which she made without my permission -- I'd intended to use a car service before DME was announced) and credit my account. I had everything to do with my using DME, I never gave DME my TA's information, but my DME information packet was mailed to her travel agency.
