Magical Express pickup times

Hello everybody!

I understand that the busses make stops at several resorts, but in general, how long before your plane departs do they schedule you to be picked up?

Our plane left at 8:30 and Magical Express picked us up at POP at 5:15.
This was Chirstmas Eve A.M....
(Not sure if they accounted for the extra people at the airport or not)
POP was also the only stop that day.

We just returned from a week at the WL. We used the Magical Express. They picked us up for our departure at 10:35. Our flight was scheduled to leave at 1:45. We stopped at the Poly and GF to pick up more passengers.

Our departing flight was at 7:30pm....and we were picked up at PO-Riverside at 4:30pm. We then had to stop and pick up more passengers at POFQ, OKW, & SSR. It was very quick though...and a very easy check-out process as we were able to obtain our boarding passes for AA right at the resort.

We were at AKL last week with Magical Express. Our flight left at 5:30, our pick up was 2:35, made one stop, at Pop Century, got there in plenty of time. I love that in house boarding pass and luggage check! We got to avoid that always big line for check in at MCO, great! We even got a "fastpass" at the airport to go to the head of the line going through security, not sure why but it was a good thing, the lines were very long. Made the long trip home easier.

Normally three hours before your flight. Sometimes more if Magical Express has a hunch there will be a problem such as cruise ship passengers converging on the airport security lines at about the time you are getting back there, or if the 3 hour bus is booked full. Then you may be assigned an earlier time.

For international flights or extenuating personal circumstances you can request (get written confirmation too) yet earlier bus times, do it at least a day before you check out, but you may not request a closer bus time.
