Magical express online form?

why can't I find the online form to book ME? I seem to recall finding it here in the past.... but after searching for quite a while, nothing...any help? I found a link to a disney page that is just blank.... nothing else.....
 
Thanks- I'll try that- maybe on a different browser.... question- if I need to switch info on resort, do I cancel the previous res?

Thank you for posting this! We've been trying unsuccessfully to get them on the phone for some time. I couldn't find an online contact anywhere!
 
I think there are some issues with DME right now. I have not received my package from them and I booked it several months ago. In my case it's not a huge deal...we arrive at MCO after 10pm and I have old magicbands. There have been a few threads that others have commented with the same sort of thing. One person said that they called and after having a difficult time getting through finally spoke to someone that said there were long delays on the DME end and people were either not getting the packages or getting them within days of departure.

I'm not sure if you are saying that you'll be using old MBs bacause DME hasn't sent your packet yet, or not. But, in the interest of clarity.....DME doesn't have anything to do with MBs, or their shipment. You can expect DME to send you a letter, telling you about DME, how to find them at MCO and a yellow luggage tag for each person in the group. Your MBs come directly from Disney. Two different depts. In fact, DME usually doesn't even get your resort info until about two weeks or so prior to travel.

When I was there last Nov 8, the entire DME system had to reboot so nothing worked and they just took my word for which resort I needed to get to. By the time I boarded the bus my old MB scanned just fine, so I guess the reboot was successful.

I still don't have the package so no letter for me. That's why I'm hoping to just scan my old bands. Skipping the counter would be nice at nearly 11pm.
