Magical Express-friend coming from different airport, what do I need?

My friend and I will be going in November. I am the one who has reserved the resort room, so it's all under my name and everything (magic bands, Magical express info., etc.) has been mailed to my house.

I live in Virginia and she lives in Massachusetts, so we will be flying in on different flights--mine lands at 10 am and hers around noon.
During our trip, I will be running the Wine and Dine half marathon and she will not. I will need to make a quick trip over to the expo at the ESPN zone to pick up my race packet, so I would like to get that done in the approx. two hours between our arrivals, so she won't be bored.

So, I will need to mail her everything she needs to board the ME by herself.

That booklet they send you with the map of MCO and how to get to the magical express--it includes a ticket for each person to get on ME--but the past several trips they have just used my magic band to check me in.

So if I mail her HER magic band (and keep mine) and that entire booklet--I should still be fine to get on ME with just my magic band, right? I would cut mine out and just send hers, but unfortunately it is printed on the opposite side of the map of MCO, and I wanted to make sure she has that.
I've taken ME enough times to know where to go to catch ME

Is there any potential problems I haven't thought of with this plan (not having the booklet and relying solely on my Magic band)? Thanks!

You're exactly right - if you ship her her own magic band and even a copy of the voucher (or the voucher itself), she will be good. No other issue I can think of.

I had a friend coming in on a different day in May, I just mailed her the ME voucher and her luggage tag. I gave her the magic band when she arrived at the hotel. So it just cost one stamp.

DS and I are traveling from different airports in Nov. I called ME in August asking for my travel packet early. DS visited me in Sept. and I was able to give him his luggage tags and his voucher out of the ME book. We plan to meet at MCO and ride ME together and I will give him his MB at that time. I do not want to mail his MB but if either of us is delayed, the voucher will make checking into ME hassle-free for him.
