I'm assuming you can do this, but is it possible for some people on a reservation to get ME services when others are driving?

For example, myself and another person are flying in to MCO while yet another person on the reservation is driving and won't need ME. Can we get ME to just pick up the two that are flying?

Yes, it's fine for just part of the party to use DME.

Yes no problem - just as long as they are listed on the resort reservation you can make the dme reservation for them.
