Magical Express Documents/Tags

I booked a trip through Small World Vacations (from mousesavers.com) last month. We leave on Friday. I received my documents/vouchers for the hotel and park hoppers, etc. about a week and a half ago. We have NOT yet received anything regarding Magical Express. The travel agent said that ME sends it separately. I have already emailed the agent (because the documents said to let them know if we haven't heard from ME a week before). She has yet to respond to me.

Has anyone else not received their ME tags so close to departure (only 4 mail days left before we leave...Mon through Thurs)?

Call Magical Express (866-599-0951) now to be sure you have a reservation with them.

You can still use Magical Express even if you don't get the tags/vouchers, as long as you actually have a reservation in the system.

The travel agent contacted me. I do have a reservation in the system. They say they sent the tags out last month, but I obviously didn't get anything. I do see that I don't actually need the tags. What's really unbelievable is that when the TA emailed me my confirmation from ME, it showed me returning home on the wrong date! It just goes to show, don't take anything for granted. DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING!
