Magical Express & Airport I.D. Question

Hi, I will be using ME for the first time this September. I'm traveling with DH and 2 grandkids. From what I have read here...I think I get 2 ME luggage tags per person. Is this correct? If so...what happens on our return tip if we ADD checked luggage? We have a big rolling tote we though we'd pack and use for souveniers on the way home. How would I get another ME luggage tag for the tote?
Also since we are traveling with the grandkids...will I need any I.D. for them at the airport or anywhere during the WDW vacation? They are ages 8 and 5. My daughter is giving me a notarized medical authorization and their medical insurance cards. Should I bring their Birth Certificates? Doing the "just in case worries"...and since we are not the PARENTS I want to be sure I have what I need.
Last question...how do I make the next 88 days go by quickly? POFQ here we come....

for your first question about ME, you can either call the number (me#866.599-0951) and have them send you an additional tag or when you are there, if you take advantage of the service of Disney checking your bags at the airport, you dont have to bother, they take care of it all, you just let them know how many bags you will be checking.
second question- each airline differs from each other w/ traveling but most are alike. Any id that the children have I would take. Traveling w/in the US doesnt need a birth certificate but its great to have a copy. My advise, call the airline that you are flying and ask them what you need exactly and they will not have a problem telling u.
and LASTLY---- We are going away in Sept as well and I dont know how to make the days go by any faster...except for posting on the boards and living thru other Disers trips!
