Magical Beginnings/Sartaoga Springs

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Magical Beginnings when you get a discount on the price per point when you forfeit your first year points?

Also, can you use the above with the discount they are giving at SSR?

They do have an incentive right now with SSR that is like magical beginnings but is not in that you do not forfeit your 1st year's points. Not sure about use years and how long it is available.

I am thinking about renting 96 points (4 nights Sun-Thur) for the 2 Bedroom at Boardwalk, that's the one I'd like to try. Did most of you rent and try before buying?

There is currently no MAgical Beginnings available for SSR.

The preopening incentive is simply a $10 discount without forfeiting the use of any points.

MB is still available at other DVC resorts available thru DVC.

I think you'd find most current DVC members did not rent reservations at a DVC resort before purchasing. We just got all available information, took the tour and/or got advice from others to convince us of the value.
