Magical Beginnings Okw???

I have a questions about MB. If My uy is Aug and I add on 150 pts in July 04 will I receive 150 points for the Aug 03 UY in addition to the 150 pts in Aug 04. I believe I would have the option of selling back the 150pts and subtract from my cost of my new contract. I rather have the points if MB will still be offered.

I think you are correct that you would get the August 2003 points fro a purchase made in July. It may depend on the closing date.

However, these points would also have to be used by July 31 and they would be useless to the MB program.

Your subject line also mentions MB and OKW. There is very little if anything available from Disney for OKW and I don't think they offer the MB program for the points.

I think this is something you'd need to discuss with your guide.

I thought I heard that they do not allow MB for sold out resorts. It used to be they would not allow magical beginnings past the 100% banking deadline for new members. In other words, you could not use magical beginnings for April use year past September 30. They are more flexible with current members but I doubt they would sell you August 2003 in July 2004.

I spoke to my guide back in the Fall and to ask her how I would go about adding on more points and she put me on the wait list. About a week or so later points became available which I had told her before I wouldn't purchase until the 1st quater of 2004. In her effort to get me to do it then she mentioned that if I did it then I would be eligible for MB. plus my regular points in Aug.

The timing on that would be different I would still have ample time to bank those points had I purchase that contract.

I guess I should present the situation to my guide and see what she says regarding this matter.
