Magic Your Way golf coupons, etc

I called up Disney today because we hadn't received our MYW package of coupons for mini golf and the world wide of sports. She said that they now give it to you when you get to the resort. Does anyone know why they do it differently now?

I always loved getting the extra Disney mail, but I guess people might have been leaving their coupons at home?

Interesting. We got ours in the mail last week...about 1 month out from our trip.

I hadn't heard of them being given at the resort. That doesn't sound correct to me

We got ours at the hotel last trip. My mom and I figured it was because we are from Canada, but who knows why. They may not be at the front desk when you check in. A day or 2 after we arrived there was a notice hanging on our door saying there was a parcel waiting for us at the front desk. We were confused as we don't send stuff down and had forgotten about the coupons so it was a nice surprise.

It's the same deal as the magicbands. Only US guests get them mailed. International guests with a package 'should' have the coupons in an envelope waiting at the front desk when they arrive. You may have to ask the CM to look for them.

(Unless they can't find the coupons when you check in, insisting you aren't entitled to them as a Canadian guest, and then they have to sheepishly bring them to your room the next day, like happened to us at BC over NYE.)

We got our mailed to our house as well. I was surprised to see them because we had a room only but I guess the discount we used was a room only package. Made my day because DS wanted to go mini golfing but I didn't want to shell out the money for all of us to go.

I got them at the hotel last November. I'm from Canada so again, not sure if that's why. However, I did not get them at check-in, I had to go back to ask for them for some reason.
